You are Here: Products / Mustelids

There are three types of Mustelids in New Zealand; stoats, ferrets and weasels. Mustelids pose a serious threat to our threatened wildlife; wild ferrets can carry bovine tuberculosis (Tb) which they can spread to cattle and deer herds. Mustelids are also a threat to poultry farms, as they attack chickens and eat eggs. They also attack pets, such as rabbits and guinea pigs.

Connovation have a range of lures, baits, traps, and poison designed for the control of stoats, ferrets, and weasels.  To learn all about Mustelids, you will find information and advice on all you need to know including the best ways to control them humanely, how to place traps and lures, and how to use Connovation’s pest control products to achieve success. See our product brochures, best practices, product labels, safety data sheets and animal catalogues.
