Duncan MacMorran
Chief Executive Officer

Duncan has been CEO of Connovation for 19 years.

He has a business background as a chartered accountant, and as general manager of computer software & hardware companies operating in New Zealand and Australia. He brings to Connovation a strong financial, strategic and commercial focus which has transformed Connovation from a single product entity to one of New Zealand’s leading vertebrate pesticide and research companies with business activities in England, America and Australia.

Victoria Davies
Operations Manager

Victoria is a dynamic person committed to making a positive change. With extensive operational experience at British Rail in the UK, Victoria sails through challenges smoothly. She also has heaps of experience working on site safety and automatic track warning systems.

Victoria has been with Connovation for over 6 years and is an asset to the organisation. She is responsible for all the operations including goods manufacturing practices – namely planning, scheduling, staffing, production and quality control.

Westly Redelinghuys
Production Manager

Westly hails from a dynamic background – from gaining experience across several industries to even owning a business, he has had stepped his foot onto all key areas and excelled in them.

Westly has been with Connovation for about a year and since then has been a great asset to the organisation. His incredible leadership skills motivates our factory staff to not only excel but also enjoy the job. His responsibility covers maintaining operational and service excellence, task assignment, seeking opportunities for cost reduction and improved productivity, ensuring workplace safety and timely dispatch of goods and services.

Westly’s exceptional performance is defined by his immense dedication, great coordination, and excellent leadership skills.

Anjali Debora Barboza
 Marketing Manager

Anjali is always enthusiastic, highly motivated and eager to learn.

Anjali has about 5 years of marketing experience and has worked with over 60 brands in various agencies. With an MBA degree and a Post-Graduation in Marketing, she specialises in SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing and Email Marketing. She has worked with brands globally, including locations like India, Maldives, and New Zealand. 

Anjali has been with Connovation for a couple of months and has been involved with multiple projects like website management, social media management, email marketing and more. She loves numbers and creativity enabling her to track results and optimise them with every campaign.

Steve Hix
Technical Support Manager

Steve started his career in animal pest control in 1979 when he started as a pest destruction trainee. Steve went from controlling animals to controlling plants which eventually led to Steve becoming the Otago Regional Council Biosecurity Manager. From there, Steve, to the horror of his mother in law, shifted the family to Auckland for a three year “working holiday”. Three years turned to five and Steve left Auckland after running Operation ForestSave, eradicating rats off Rakino island and starting the goat eradication on the private land on Great Barrier Island.

Steve then began his first stint with Connovation based in Christchurch. Steve undertook trial work, liaised with customers, assisted community groups, tested, and produced products such as Erayz, Ferafeed 213, Ratabate and others.

Following the Christchurch earthquakes Steve worked for the local lines company to put some effort into getting Christchurch up and running again. Steve recently started again with Connovation and is looking forward to assisting people to meet their predator free aspirations.
