Need help?

  • Once I’ve put a payment through and received a confirmation, can I add more to the same order?

Unfortunately we are unable to allow extra additions to a processed order – this is to make sure all orders are delivered as soon as possible.

  • Can I cancel something from my order?                                                                                      
  • Providng your order has not been finalised then yes you can cancel something from your order. 
  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?  We will aim to despatch your order within 5 working days and if we can do so sooner then we will do. 
  • Have you received my order?  

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. If this has not yet been received, please click here to contact us.

  • How secure is your online shopping system?

You can pay using your PayPal account, which means that you don’t have to share your credit card details with us.

  • What methods can I pay by?

If you are based in New Zealand, we accept payment via PayPal and via bank deposit. If you’re located outside of New Zealand, you can pay using your PayPal account.

  • Can I use a gift voucher to shop online?

Yes you can, simply enter the voucher code in on the shopping cart page and the total cost will be updated.

  • How do I use a promo code?

On the shopping cart page, enter your unique voucher code in the field “Enter any Voucher or Coupon codes here…” and the discount will be applied.

  • My promo code doesn’t seem to be working?

If you’re promo code isn’t working, check first that it hasn’t expired, and then make sure it is valid for the items in your shopping cart. Not all items may be eligible for a promo code.

  • What are the shipping charges?

Shipping is dependent on your location, the items you’re ordering, and how many items you’re ordering. You can contact us for a quote on a bulk shipping order – click here to contact us.

  • I’ve forgotten my password, how can I log in?

Go to the Login page and click on ‘Forgotten your password?’ Enter your email address and we’ll send a password reminder to your email.

  • Can I log in to your website?

Yes, click on Login in the top left-hand corner to access your account.

  • Can I change my address details?
  • How can I unsubscribe from your emails?

Click on the Unsubscribe button at the bottom of any of our emails and you will be removed from our mailing list.

  • How long do I have to return an item?
  • Do you have any retail stores?
  • I have been sent the incorrect item, what should I do?

  • Gift cards are valid for 12 months from date of issue. Unused values will not be refunded or attributed to any transactions after the expiry date.
  • Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new voucher or be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit card.
